The reporting fund status will remain in place permanently provided that the annual reporting requirements are satisfied. In broad terms, a "reporting fund" is an offshore fund that meets certain annual reporting requirements to HM Revenue & Customs and its investors. The Directors sought to manage the affairs of the Company so that these annual duties are met and will continue to be met on an ongoing basis.
